We have the solution, HOT rubber sealant, heated to 400 degree's. We pour it around the seam between the metal bin and concrete base. It provide's an instant and long lasting seal. This sealant will not dry out, will not crack or get hard like roofing tar. Stay's pliable even in the coldest winter weather. Will not soak up water like spray foam, bond's tighter, stronger and last longer then the white coating. Both of which will cause rust. The rubber seal will move with the expansion and contraction of the bin. We can repair rusted out area's and any sized hole or tear in the metal. We can seal any size crack's in the concrete base, inside or out. When we are through your bin is SEALED, even against insect's and rodent's.
